How do I manage or cancel MoonQ+?
MoonQ+ is billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and refunds are handled by Apple.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
In MoonQ, open settings and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you’re signed into the same Apple ID, your MoonQ+ access comes back. If it doesn’t, email us and we’ll help.
I don’t know my birth time — can I still use MoonQ?
Yes. You’ll get a warm read from your Sun and Moon. Your rising sign and some finer detail need a birth time, so adding one later makes your sketch and readings sharper.
How do I delete my data?
Your birth details live on your device, so deleting the app removes them. If you signed in with Apple, you can also delete your saved chart from our server inside the app, or ask us to do it by email. See the Privacy Policy.
The soulmate sketch didn’t match what I expected — is it broken?
It’s working as intended. The sketch is drawn from your chart — the qualities your placements lean toward — not a photo of a real person, so it’s meant as a mirror rather than a likeness. If a render actually failed to load, email us and we’ll sort it out.
